You can book from a few hours to several weeks in advance. It is recommended to make the payment at least 12 hours before the service.

It includes the use of a vehicle with a certified driver for 8 continuous hours, with the possibility of making multiple stops within that time. Fuel, tolls, and parking are charged additionally if applicable.

Yes. The service is designed to provide total comfort. The driver can drop you off at your meeting and remain available while you finish, approaching when you indicate.

Yes. If you plan to travel to another city, it is important to inform the driver in advance so they can plan the route and timing appropriately. Toll, fuel, and parking expenses will be covered by the client.

You can extend the service directly from the app. Additional time will be charged according to the current rate.

The vehicle starts with a full tank. Fuel consumption during the service will be covered by the client at the end of the trip.

Yes. You can cancel at least 24 hours in advance to request the corresponding refund. Late cancellations will incur a 15% charge on the total service amount.

Payments are final and non-refundable, unless SAFE RENTALS determines otherwise in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an electronic receipt via email.

Yes. Service animals can accompany you at all times. For other pets, it is recommended to contact the driver in advance and use a carrier or blanket to protect the vehicle.

The driver is required to report any forgotten item immediately. You can also contact SAFE RENTALS to facilitate the recovery.

No. Drug or alcohol consumption by the driver during the service is prohibited. Likewise, the passenger must not cause damage or alterations to the vehicle.
