- Be at least 18 years old
- Valid INE or passport
- Valid driver's license (type C or type D depending on the state)
- Own or leased vehicle
- No criminal record
Vehicle

- Valid ERT insurance policy
- Vehicle model up to 5 years back from the current year
- Good mechanical and aesthetic condition
